We recommend finishing your first bottle and consulting your doctor for further instructions.

How should I take my product(s)?

Unless otherwise instructed, follow the instructions on the bottle.

When does my product expire?

Herbs and Supplements: Manufacture dates are printed on the bottle. We recommend disposing of the product three years from that date.

Homeopathics: Expiration dates are listed on the bottle, above the bar code.

How much is a "dropper full"?

A full dropper is as much as you can get in the pipette in one squeeze. Generally the pipette is about half full.

Is my product vegan, hypoallergenic, gluten free?

You can find dietary information in the ingredient section of each product on the site.

What kind of alcohol do you use in your products?

We use pharmaceutical grade, non GMO, organic corn or cane alcohol.

What does hypo-allergenic mean?

When a product is labeled hypo-allergenic it is free of:

Can I return my product?

You may return any unopened and unaltered products within 30 days from the order date. Please send them to 5550 Rosewood Street Lake Oswego, OR 97035 with a copy of your invoice.
